Accessibility

The majority of our restaurant and seating are situated at ground floor level so can be accessed by wheelchairs and easily by those who have reduced mobility, however, our toilets are located in the basement and are only accessible via a staircase. Complaints Procedure
In the first instance, if you’re in the restaurant, do ask to speak to a manager.

If you’re not happy with our response, or you’re unable to speak with a manager, please contact us at tower@bodeansbbq.com as soon as possible. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can and at the latest, within seven days.
