Our smokehouse in Covent Garden is the destination for authentic American barbeque, right in the heart of the West End, you can get all your smoked meats fix and still be a moments walk from the likes of Theatre Royal, The Novello and The Lyceum theatres (as well as many more…) making it a perfect for a pre-theatre meal or a post-show drink.
You may have seen it in the dispatches, but we’ve joined forces with chef, butcher and meat expert Richard H. Turner to deliver our menu – Richard is regarded as the ‘King of London’s Carnivores’. We’ve been focused on going back to our original philosophy of ‘Barbecue, Bourbon & Beer’ and as always, we’re still smoking our own meats but we’re really embracing the art of ‘low & slow’ to transform our signature cuts – think, Brisket, Jacob’s Ladder and Baby Back Ribs to name a few.
