– Store immediately after receiving your delivery.
– Best before date is dependant on correct storage.
– Defrost thoroughly before cooking.
– Defrost in the sealed pack in the fridge for a minimum of 8 hours. Do not defrost at room temperature.
– Once defrosted, store chilled and consume within 24 hours.

Cooking Instructions:
Oven - Keep meat in the packaging and place it on a baking tray with a little water. Heat on 140oC for 40-50min or until piping hot in the
centre. Remove from the packaging and return to the oven for 5 minutes to finish.
