At Bodean’s BBQ, we prepare our food with love and care, but… what we enjoy most are those special moments of celebration when people gather around our tables and have a bloody good time. Tables that are packed with our famous BBQ meats – ribs smoked to perfection, cheese-loaded nachos, and so much more.
Our menu has always allowed some space for new creations, however at its core it stayed true to the Kansas style BBQ; a style with a long history, based on sweet and thick sauces, dry rubs and smokiness.
Choose amongst the Teasers, all from our famous Buffalo Chicken Wings, topped Nachos, Shrimp Skewers or Mac and Cheese Balls. Or head straight into the mains section where you’ll find Sandwiches, Salads, our most renowned meat Platters, Combo of Ribs and Pulled Pork, loaded Burgers and Hotdogs and even homemade desserts.
The absolute superstars of our menu are:
- Buffalo Chicken Wings, flavoured in four different sauces (BBQ, Bourbon, Buffalo Hot or Chilli Diablo)
- Smoked Beef Burnt Ends
- And (drum roll please) the one and only Boss Hog Platter, a tray packed with massive portions of our BBQ cuts, all from Baby Back Ribs, Spare Ribs, Burnt Ends, Pulled Pork, Chicken, Jacob’s Ladder Beef Rib and Texas Smoked Sausage.
